1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Return request must be sent within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Used or damaged products

• Items without original packaging

• Clearance or final sale items

• Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at sales@luxuryalc.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the item

• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item and packaging

• Your order number

We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a refund if the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged.
